Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and accounts management.

Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or real estate-specific accounting systems).
Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Knowledge of real estate financial regulations and tax requirements is essential.
