Duties
The Admin Clerk KUSLO Liaison in Mombasa serves as a crucial link between U.S. government entities, Kenyan ministries/agencies, and the military. This role involves coordinating logistical needs for military operations, establishing, and maintaining relationships with government officials, and analyzing developments in defense sectors. Additionally, responsibilities include overseeing shipping and customs operations, managing facilities, and supporting air transportation activities at Moi International Airport. This role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate complex logistical and administrative tasks effectively.

Requirements:
All selected candidates must be able to obtain and hold a:
Police clearance security certificate.
All selected candidates will be subject to a background investigation and may be subject to a pre-employment medical exam.
Selected candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time 4 weeks upon receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.
Education Requirements:
Completion of Secondary School Education is required.

Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in the field of airfield operations, warehouse operations or logistics is required.

Job Knowledge:
Knowledge in airfield/port operations, logistics and administrative duties, scheduling and coordinating meetings
Knowledge in aircraft handling equipment particularly Forklift.

Skills And Abilities:
Must possess excellent management skills and the ability to deal with people effectively and diplomatically,
teamwork, leadership skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office application suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Driving experience; must have had driver's license for at least five years.
