Roles & Responsibilities:Regularly review sales data and create reports for management for primary and secondary sales.Utilize business intelligence tools to provide sales insights to marketing and sales staffTravel to organization locations within a given area to meet with and manage sales staff/distributorManaging merchandizers, Van sales reps and DistributorsIdentify both struggling and successful sales initiatives and explore ways to improve on sales metricsCommunicate actively with sales teams in a given area to help foster a team environmentPlan and execute sales meetings to help provide feedback and sales insightsInterview and train new sales employees, and overseeing other onboarding tasks as neededMinimum QualificationsDegree in business related studies7+ years of FMCG sales experience in Nyanza/Lake Region with at least 3+ years of experience as in a similar roleExperience in sales of personal care products/ beauty or and cosmetics highly preferred.Proven sales experience and knowledge, including familiarity with current trends in sales methodsAbility to Manage distributors.
