Assistant Camp Manager At Frank Management Consult Ltd

Duties & Responsibilities
Provide support to camp managers in ensuring that the camp meets the set service standards
Provide management support to camp managers and serve between management and staff
Coordinate duty allocation in conjunction with camp managers
Responsible for ensuring effective stock management in conjunction with camp managers while embracing the most economical & profitable practices
Coordinate leave schedule management
Prepare relevant camp management and operational reports
Provide support in ensuring effective safety and health management
Ensure effective coordination of all eco matters in camp in conjunction with the assigned eco warrior as well as waste disposal as per set standards
Ensure the maintenance report books and checklists are updated
Participate in hosting lunches & dinners as and when required by the manager
Provide support to camp managers in budget and cost management
Ensure proper record keeping of relevant documentation

Minimum Qualifications
Degree /diploma in hospitality or relevant field from a recognized institution
At least 2 years' experience in camp/lodge management
Effective leadership & organizational skills
