Assistant Finance Manager At Kilimall

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial
statements in compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
Oversee cash flow management, accounts payable, and receivable to ensure the company's financial stability.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulations, and internal controls.
Facilitate internal and external audits, addressing any findings and implementing recommendations.
Design and implement finance policies and procedures to enhance accuracy and operational efficiency.
Support strategic decision-making by preparing detailed financial reports, analyses, and recommendations for senior management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
CPA certification is highly desirable.
At least 7 years of experience in finance or accounting with at-least 2years in a leadership or semi-autonomous role.
Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
Ability to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal oversight.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
