Associate/Analyst At Instiglio

Tasks may include:
Participating in the preparation of proposals and client deliverables, such as PowerPoint presentations, publications and Excel analyses.
Conducting literature reviews and preparing case studies to guide decision-making.
Developing and articulating technical components of RBF and performance management instruments in an accurate and easy-to-understand manner.
Describing and interpreting graphs, analyzing data and applying statistical concepts (e.g. mean, SD, regressions) to draw actionable insights/hypotheses.
Proposing and structuring data analyses and testing hypotheses.
Contributing to the execution of change management plans for stakeholders across sectors, and in the creation of proposals for clients, using clear communication.
Supporting internal business development efforts by mapping donors and preparing pitch decks.

Experience:
At least 1-3 years' relevant experience in strategy/management consulting, international development, public policy or similar fields.
Experience in data analysis and management.
Experience in quantitative and qualitative research.
Experience in performance management and results-based financing are an added advantage.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics, International Development, Statistics, Public Policy, Political Science, Business, Engineering or related fields. Master's degree in related subjects is a plus.
