Manages planning/scheduling delivery of medium/high complexity projects/programmes.
Oversees planning/scheduling, EVM, project controls methodologies.
Influences complex requirements and communicates analysis and corrective measures effectively.
Ability to communicate effectively with client/s, project team and stakeholders.
Creates plans and analyses trends using numerical and statistical techniques.
Supports senior management in negotiations, contract development, due diligence & other business development.
Leads the planning team and provides leadership and direction through managers/team.
Inspires and empower individuals within their portfolio to deliver high quality standards and outputs.
Undertakes tasks required to full fill the requirements of the project/assignment.
Provides performance management, technical & career development and coaching.
Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
