Our client, a reputablecompany in the automotive industry dealing with auto spares and accessorieslocated in Dubai, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced SalesManager to join their highly skilled team and is open to recruiting candidatesfrom Kenya with experience in Japanese automotives export procedures.
THE JOB As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible fordeveloping and executing strategic sales plans, leading the sales team, anddriving business growth by increasing sales of automotive spare parts. Yourrole will also include building strong customer relationships, analyzing markettrends, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
·      Develop andexecute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
·      Manage a teamof sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensuresales targets are met.
·      Cultivate andmaintain relationships with key customers and business partners in theautomotive industry.
·      Analyze markettrends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
·      Prepare andpresent sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
·      Actively seekout new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
·      Set upmeetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
·      Prepare anddeliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
·      Negotiate/closedeals and handle complaints or objections.
REQUIREMENTS The job holder should have thefollowing requirements.
·      Bachelor's degree in businessadministration, Marketing, or a related field
·      Minimum of 5 years of experience inautomotive sales within the automotive industry, with a specific focus on Fuso,Canter, and Isuzu vehicles.
·       Proventrack record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
·       Strongleadership abilities to motivate and develop a sales team
·       Specificexpertise in Japan truck parts is highly preferred.
THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE JOB Theideal candidate should possess the following skills and competencies.
·      Strongknowledge of automotive industry trends and products
·      Excellentsales and negotiation skills.
·      Leadershipabilities to manage and motivate sales team.
·      Analyticalskills to assess sales data and create effective strategies.
