Our client is looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join his team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in crafting high-quality coffee and beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean, inviting café environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, in accordance with recipes and customer preferences.
Operate and maintain coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, seating area, and workstations.
Restock inventory, including coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies, as needed.
Process payments accurately using the restaurant's point-of-sale system.
Adhere to health and safety standards to ensure the quality and safety of all beverages and snacks.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and uphold the restaurant's standards.

Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and an understanding of different coffee varieties.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining quality standards.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
