The ideal candidate will deliver bidding excellence to secure a large variety of engaging work.
Responsibilities Proposal development including taking a hands-on role in developing, writing, editing, and formatting high-quality winning bids Search for Requests for Proposals (RFP's) and Long-Term Agreement (LTA) jobs online and submit bids Gain a deep understanding of potential clients' needs, tender requirements, and business operations Work in a multi-disciplinary team in preparing written information on our experience, capabilities, and proposed project approach Ensure all proposals are proofread, meet tender program requirements, and align with our bid management standards Identify and engage with experts in the relevant field to find the best bidding methods Determine bid writing strategies and manage bid timetables, deadlines, necessary meetings effectively to ensure timely compelling submissions Manage bid submission process as necessary Helping to maintain and improve our answer repository on an ongoing basis Seek out feedback on unsuccessful bid/tenders to improve our bidding process Participate in the client onboarding process for successful tenders/bids The Profile Requirements Fluent spoken and written French with excellent knowledge of French rules of syntax, grammar and punctuation to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region  Attention to detail and meticulous proofreading skills Excellent time management skills and prioritization of tasks amongst multiple deadlines Evidence of producing high standard written documents on a consistent and time sensitive basis Proven ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and assimilate large volumes of information into comprehensive proposals Previous experience in a consultancy, procurement, writing or similar role, with a proven track record of writing high quality bids Experience or knowledge of Film Industry will be an added advantage Previous experience or understanding of the NGO procurement process, including open competition tenders and frameworks will be an added advantage The Employer Our client is a youthful, creative and vibrant production company with a passion for crafting quality and engaging stories.
