Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities will entail:
Ensure proper and efficient exercise of the corporation;
Advise the management of the Corporation generally on the exercise of the powers and the functions of exercise of the powers and the performance of the functions of the powers and performance of the functions the Corporation;
Approve the estimate of the revenue and the expenditure of the Corporation; and
Any other duty assigned.

Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have: -
Kenyan Citizenship;
Holds a Bachelor's degree from a University recognized in Kenya;
Experience of not less than five years in matters relating to invest: finance, economics or law; and :
Meets the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution
Terms of Service: 3 years renewable once.
