Job Description
Market Research:
Conduct research on market trends, property values, and competitor activities in the real estate sector.
Assist in gathering and analyzing data to identify new investment and development opportunities.
Lead Generation & Networking:
Identify and reach out to potential clients, partners, and investors.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up on new business opportunities.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to expand the company's contacts.
Client Relationship Management:
Support the team in building and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients.
Prepare and present marketing materials and property listings to prospective clients.
Assist with client communications, follow-ups, and meeting coordination.
Proposal and Pitch Preparation:
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks for prospective clients and partners.
Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and sales approaches.
Administrative Support:
Help with organizing and coordinating meetings, presentations, and property site visits.
Provide support in tracking business development activities and maintaining project documentation.
Social Media and Marketing Support:
Assist in creating content for the company's social media platforms and marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of online and offline marketing initiatives.
Business Strategy:
Collaborate with senior management to contribute ideas to business development plans and strategies.
Help in drafting business development reports and providing insights based on data analysis.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Strong interest in the real estate industry and business development.
Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (internships or part-time jobs) is an advantage.
