Business Growth: Contribute to sales strategies, product development, and service enhancements.
Drive initiatives to expand Magnolia's market presence across East Africa.
The Profile Qualifications A university degree in a relevant field.
3+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in the technology or software sector.
Strong sales orientation with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
A proactive attitude with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
