Business Development Officer

Main Duties and Responsibilities Sales: ·       Developand implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the clientbase.
·       Identifyand pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, andrelationship building.
·       Managethe sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring effectivecommunication and negotiation.
·       Collaboratewith the underwriting team to tailor insurance solutions to meet client needs.
·       Maintainan up-to-date understanding of insurance products, industry trends, andcompetitors' offerings.
Marketing: ·       Developand execute marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
·       Createcompelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digitalcontent.
·       Coordinatemarketing campaigns across multiple channels, including online, social media,and events.
·       Conductmarket research and analysis to identify target markets and optimize marketingstrategies.
·       Collaboratewith the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts for maximumimpact.
Knowledgeand Skills Required ·       Bachelor'sdegree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
·       Proventrack record of 3-5years in sales and marketing roles within the insuranceindustry or an insurance brokerage, demonstrating consistent achievement ofsales targets.
·       Strongsales acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain clientrelationships.
·       Proficiencyin developing and executing marketing strategies across various channels.
·       Excellentcommunication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
·       Analyticalmindset with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data.
