Mother Amadea Mission Hospital is looking for a reliable and ICT-proficient Cashier to join our dedicated team. This role is critical for ensuring efficient and accurate financial transactions, enhancing our billing processes, and providing exceptional support to patients.
Key Responsibilities:
Process payments from patients across multiple channels, including cash, Mpesa, and card transactions, with accuracy and professionalism.
Prepare and issue clear and accurate billing statements and invoices for patients.
Use ICT skills to manage and update billing systems, maintaining secure and compliant patient data.
Reconcile daily cash and digital transactions, keeping detailed financial records.
Assist with minor ICT issues related to billing software and coordinate with the IT team as needed.
Offer friendly and informative assistance to patients on billing and account-related inquiries.

Requirements:
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, ICT, or a related field.
Experience as a cashier or in a billing role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
Foundational knowledge of ICT/IT systems; experience with billing software is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy in financial transactions.
Strong communication skills for patient interactions and teamwork.
