Job Summary:
Administer employment terms and conditions

Key Tasks:
Coordinate mater of training and staff development
Coordinate matters relating to man power planning
Administer leave and related issues
Administer medical scheme and related issues
Administer salary and allowances
Ensuring that all offices are well maintained and staffed
Prepare materials required for administrative
Co-ordinate staff appraisals industrial relations and staff welfare matters
Maintain and update staff records
Oversee the cleanliness of offices and facilities.
Administer salaries and allowances.

Requirements for Appointment
Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSMean Grade C­ (Minus) or its equivalent qualification;
Certificate in any of the following disciplines: Human Resource Management (HRM),
Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Records Management lasting not less than six (6) months from a recognized institution;
A diploma / degree in any of the above disciplines will be an added advantage.
Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
