We are looking for a dynamic Client Success Manager to join our team, responsible for managing both client and candidate relationships and driving satisfaction throughout the recruitment process. In this role, you will be the key liaison between clients and candidates, ensuring high satisfaction levels, handling inquiries, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Client and Candidate Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and managing the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for all parties involved.
Client Onboarding:
Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring it is well-organized, thorough, and aligned with both the client's and Talent Grid Africa goals to ensure clients are set up for success from day one.
Upselling and Cross-Selling:
Actively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Talent Grid Africa services, contributing to revenue growth while providing additional value to clients.
Client Retention:
Develop and implement strategies to foster long-term relationships, maximize client satisfaction, and ensure clients continue to derive value from Talent Grid Africa's' services.
CRM Utilization:
Effectively use HubSpot CRM to track, manage, and nurture client relationships. Ensure all client interactions and communications are documented accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
Reporting and Analytics:
Prepare comprehensive reports on client accounts, highlighting successes, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern. Use these insights to inform decision-making and improve customer experience.
Qualifications:
Client-Facing Experience:
Proven experience in a client-facing role, where you have managed relationships and provided exceptional service.
Upselling and Cross-Selling:
Experience identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, with a strong track record of achieving targets.
Fluency in English:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
CRM Proficiency:
Experience using CRM tools, especially HubSpot, to manage client interactions, track performance, and
maintain accurate records.
