Job Summary
Our Client, a technology-driven Lender, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Collections Servicing Associate to join our Operations team. In this role, you will play an essential role in managing timely payments, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting financial inclusion by assisting clients with their financial needs.
Requirements
Education: Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus).
Proven experience in loan servicing, collections, and recovery, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
