Commercial Finance Manager At Reckitt Benckiser

About the role
The Commercial Finance Manager monitors the Commercial KPIs, strengthens the commercial and financial controls; and reviews all the commercial spends of the region. The role holder updates commercial policies, credit limits and norms and ensures that it is adhered to in the East Africa region. The role holder interacts primarily with the market commercial (sales, marketing, and supply teams). In addition to this, the role holder will be in constant contact with Reckitt customers to ensure smooth reconciliations of statements, receipt and adherence to payment plans and processing of customer claims
Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
Ensure monitoring and effective operation ofCommercial KPI
Suggest and implement ROI improvement in Trade and Marketing initiatives.
Conduct Pre and Post evaluation of Consumer and Trade Promos
Ensure timely completion and submission of Financial Plan and Forecast for the East Africa region.
Ensure coordination with internal and external Audit for Reckitt
Business Partnering with commercial and supply functions for Planning and Forecasting
Work in conjunction with Finance Sub-functions to manage controls and improve processes across the function.

The experience we're looking for
Proven expertise in financial accounting, or corporate finance within dynamic business environments.
Strong understanding of tax law and compliance, coupled with the ability to apply this knowledge in a business context.
Skilled in building relationships and effectively communicating to influence across all levels of the organisation.
