The facilitators willsupport participant registration and intervention implementation that willcommence in June 2024 and will target 4000+ eligible participants. Re:BUiLD, isa five-year, multi-stakeholder urban livelihoods program implemented in Kampalaand Nairobi providing livelihood interventions to urban refugees and vulnerablehost community members to improve their economic self-reliance. The CFs will bepart of the Re:BUiLD project team under the IRC for a fixed period of time.Qualified urban refugees fromall nationalities possessing a refugee ID are strongly encouraged to apply.Statement Of Work:The Community Facilitators will beencouraged to perform the following roles (not limited to):Client mobilization, recruitment,and registration.Conduct client informationsessions, onboarding, and monitoring.Attending to RCT clients'inquiries.Facilitating weekly client groupsessions.Business monitoring, verificationand sharing of reports.Translation and transcription asrequired by the Research team.To perform other duties asassigned and agreed upon with the supervisor.QualificationsCertificate or Diploma in SocialSciences or Humanities or any other related field.Experience in communitymobilization and facilitation.
