Primary Duties And ResponsibilitiesPROPEL Health Kenya is seeking to recruit a consultant to support the development of the model procedures manual for count health departments. Masters degree will be an added advantage.Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K)At least 10 years' demonstrated experience in public financeDemonstrated expert knowledge of Kenya's Public Financial Management architecture and legal framework.Previous experience developing similar finance/procurement procedures manualsUnderstanding the Kenyan Health Sector is an added advantage.
