The consultancy's purpose is to conduct an outcome-harvesting exercise that captures significant outcomes and the contributions of AIK's work. The findings will highlight AIK's impact in 2024 and provide strategic insights for refining future programs as we enter the second year of our strategy. This will include a comprehensive report with detailed findings and a succinct one-page summary.
Scope of Work
The consultant will:
Engage with Key AIK Boundary Partners: as outlined in the strategic plan: Document engagement with each stakeholder to assess AIK's influence on desired outcomes
Community-Based Organizations (CBOs) and Grassroots Networks.
Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and Networks, including (police reform working group, End FemicideKe, Human is my ID alliance.
Media and Communications Partners
Government Agencies and County Governments
Amnesty International Members and Volunteers
Facilitate a Participatory Outcome Harvesting Workshop: Involve AIK staff, outreach coordinators and Circles of Conscience (COCs) in analyzing and validating key outcomes from the 2024 program interventions. Integrate workshop findings into the final report.
Assess and Document Alignment with AIK's 2024-2028 Strategic Plan: Analyze and provide insights on how well AIK's activities align with its strategic priorities.
Produce a Comprehensive Report Detailing the outcomes harvested, the significance of these outcomes, success stories, and recommendations for future programming.
