Details of the offer

Responsibilities
Familiarize with data collection tools, consenting processes, and protocols.
Assist in translation of study tools from English/Swahili to local language.
Support with community engagement processes.
Introduce participants to the study and conduct the consent process.
Conduct data collection activities as per the outlined protocols.
Ensure proper storage of study documents/ samples.
Documentation of all field implementation and community engagement process including keeping accurate records and raw data.
Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and submit timely reports on data collection activities.

Requirements
A Degree/Diploma in Social Science, Education, Economic or any other related field.
Proficiency in use of smart phone/tablet /computer is required.
Familiarity with research ethics.
Ability to work within tight schedules under minimal supervision.
Should be fluent in English/Swahili and the community local languages.
Excellent demonstrated teamwork and communication skills.
