Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients interested in our unique mobile beverage service.
Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Create awareness in the designated market areas to attract new customers.
Conduct research to identify trends, potential markets, and competitor activities to stay competitive.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business.
Promote our mobile beverage service on social media platforms and other digital channels.
Collaborate closely with the sales and fleet teams to coordinate logistics, ensuring a seamless experience for clients at events.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client engagement, and market trends for senior management.
Share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports with the leadership team.
Research and secure venues, plan and manage events, and coordinate logistics.
Any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and events management.
KCSE mean grade of C plain, with 2-4 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Proven experience in sales, especially in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and alcohol products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Creative thinking with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Self-organized individual with numeracy skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
Proactive, flexible, and resilient team player with a high level of integrity and responsibility.
