Your Role
The Corporate & Strategic Finance Senior Associate role involves supporting the development and execution of KOKO's business strategy through helping to achieve KOKO's capital raising goals across a broad range of transactions by delivering analyses to drive business performance.
What You Will Do
Develop and manage key financial models for equity, debt and climate finance transactions, to support growth in existing and new markets
Contribute to KOKO's fundraising efforts driving KOKO's due diligence efforts
Oversee investor reporting and compliance, developing outputs for KOKO's Board and other external stakeholders
Provide analytical and strategic support to teams that are critical to KOKO's success including Climate, Product, Technology & Operations
Unlock new opportunities for the business through raising concessionary financing, working closely with the Strategy & Partnerships team
Support the CEO and CFO with financial assessments and analyses to assess risks and opportunities facing the business, including in communications with KOKO's Board of Directors, investors and other key external stakeholders
Promote financial literacy across the business, advocating for knowledge-sharing and supporting the professional growth of the finance team

What You Will Bring to KOKO
Strong desire to solve the world's climate emergency
Minimum 3 years in a high performance, data centric environment (Consulting, Banking, Investments, Corporate Finance, Technology)
Evidence of management experience (can be either people or process management)
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships
Expertise with financial modeling and data analysis
Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
University degree required in a quantitative field preferred
Further Professional Qualifications desirable (e.g. CFA, ACCA or equivalent)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment and adapting to global business dynamics within an international organisation
