Objectives of the AssignmentWorkshop materials and resources developed for group sessions.Help participants to craft/refine their business models and develop individual business/consulting plans for period of the project.Offer guidance on portfolio development, networking, and self-promotion strategies tailored to the participant's specific creative field.Skills and qualifications requiredAt least 5 years experience as a Creative Consultant.Proven experience (at least 2 years) in training/coaching – especially on consulting within the creative industries, with a focus on startups and young entrepreneurs.Strong understanding of business development, marketing, financial management, and creative skills enhancement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire participants.Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.Familiarity with the creative ecosystem in Nairobi is desirable.
