Job SummaryTo effectively support the in developing strategies throughout the credit cycle including prospect targeting and acquisition, exposure management, customer marketing, collections, and recovery. This also includes ensuring successful score card deployment, implementation, and performance tracking, building, and tracking test cases, Sampling responsibility to ensure credit quality is maintained as well as Perform portfolio quality reviews.To support the Head of Retail Credit risk in building monthly Scheme portfolio reports, forbearance reviews, limit reviews as well as annual reviews as and when required.
