Customer Experience Intern (Credit Services) At Jumba

Job Purpose:In this role, you'll learn how to curate awesome experiences for our customers and grow our financing product from its current launch stage to a major success.Fun Fact: People at Jumba have in the past year reinvented an entire industry, imagine what you could do here!ResponsibilitiesSales -Upsell our financing product to customers.Proper sharing of invoices and receipts once orders have arrived.Customer Support -Running and managing calls at the call centre.Onboarding & verification of customers and their KYC.Timely approval of customer orders.We are the voice of the customer; and act as the bridge between customers and the Jumba team.Analyzation of customer feedback to ensure customers receive a positive customer experience.Effective and efficient running of the Customer Service at JUMBA i.e. calls, emails, and WhatsApp.Customer Engagement and Satisfaction -We improve customer engagement and reduce churn.Help build customer relationships and maintain customer loyalty.Enhance customer satisfaction to 100%QualificationsA bachelor's degree.6 months experience in a sales role in financial services.Good communication and negotiation skills.Must have skillsNegotiation skillsInterpersonal SkillsCommunication skills
