RESPONSIBILITIES: Address customer inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and/or social media.
Assist our customers with orders, shipping, product information, and returns.
Focus on quality-based responses as the standard day-to-day REQUIREMENTS: Proficiency in English is mandatory (both written and verbal) 1 year of Customer Service experience is required Any experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, and/or Shopify is preferred (not required) Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills Solutions-oriented and flexible INTERNET REQUIREMENTS: Personally owned PC or laptop with a minimum of 15 Mbps for Upload & Download speed.
