Data Manager At Homa Hills Community Development Organization

Reporting to:
The Project Team Lead/HIV Services Lead
Key Competency
Knowledge/Skills of Healthcare and Database management in analyzing clinical data.

Qualifications
Minimum of Diploma in Data Management and analytics, Information Technology, Data Science, Biostatistics or any related field equivalent
Knowledge and Experience in Computer Applications
Knowledge of Health Records with Information Technology
Minimum two (2) years' work experience in a Health Facility setup preferably with knowledge on Kenya Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Must be selfmotivated and be able work with minimum supervision
Work Experience in a comprehensive care center (CCC) setup will be an added advantage.

Summary of Roles
collection, analyzing and tallying of project related data and generation of the attendant reports on the reporting platformEMR
Data Validation of the Medical Records
Undertaking of regular data verification
Generation of line list of medical data requiring action
Safeguard Data integrity through Data quality assurance.
Lead the Program Staff in Monthly Data reviews before reports are shared
Other Roles as shall be assigned by the Team Lead.
