Job Purpose: The Digital Art Director will be responsible for supporting the Senior Art Director and Creative Director in executing the visual direction of the clients brand.
The role focuses exclusively on Casino and Virtual campaigns, including animation, motion graphics, and static displays.
The Digital Art Director will play a crucial role in elevating the brands visual identity and ensuring that all digital executions align with global standards.
Key Responsibilities: Elevate the clients visual brand to meet the highest global standards for Casino and Virtual games.
Lead the development of concepts and creative projects from inception to completion, based on the Head of Gaming's brief and creative direction.
Introduce innovative art direction approaches for static and animated executions in Casino and Virtual games.
Suggest and implement best practices for motion graphics and animated ads within the clients brand guidelines.
Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns, providing unique visual directions for execution.
Oversee the visual rollout of entire Casino and Virtual campaigns, from art direction to resizing for digital platforms.
Stay updated on industry trends, particularly within the Casino, Virtual and gaming sectors, and implement best practices accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Art, Animation, or a related field.
Experience rolling out campaign concepts across multiple channels (ATL, BTL, and digital).
At least 3 years of experience in a creative or advertising agency.
Any additional coursework related to digital marketing is an advantage.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud or other design software.
Solid understanding of photography and video production processes.
Strong typography and layout design skills.
Knowledge of online gaming trends and related news.
Technical Skills: Proficient in design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud.
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation best practices.
Basic understanding of video production processes and photography.
Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to think critically and persuade around design concepts.
A creative personality capable of engaging and influencing different audiences.
High level of adaptability and willingness to learn.
Competencies: Excellent presentation and communication skills, particularly in explaining design concepts to the team.
Ability to interpret feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs.
