Digital Marketer At Safari Beach Hotel

Reporting to:Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Summary
The Digital Marketer will spearhead all digital marketing efforts in propelling the online brand presence for our hospitality establishments; Safari Beach Hotel and Naro Moru River Lodge. The ideal candidate must be passionate about the digital landscape, have flair for the creative and be an out of the box thinker.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Generate and create content through visual and video formats for our social media platforms.
Manage the corporate social media accounts and monitor their performance insights.
Implement SEO/ SEM strategies to improve traffic to the corporate websites.
Develop ad campaign strategies.
Review marketing trends and deploy what is workable for each hotel unit.
Work collaboratively with the Online Travel Agents to push Hotel rates and seasonal offers.
Assist the sales executives with email marketing campaigns.
Provide data driven performance metrics for review to management.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, Business or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketer or in a similar role.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Content development, email marketing and social media.
Proficient in web analytics tools i.e. Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms.
Preferred proficiency in graphic design or video editing tools i.e. Canva, Adobe suite, etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Critical and creative thinker able to generate innovative ideas and solve problems.
Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize workloads.
Good time management skills.
Have great attention to detail.
