The Digital Marketer will develop, implement, and manage online marketing strategies to promote the hotel's brand, drive direct bookings, and increase guest engagement. This position requires a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and trends, with a focus on generating revenue and enhancing the guest experience across various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Develop engaging content for social media, manage posts, and interact with followers.
Content Creation: Produce content (blogs, emails, visuals) showcasing hotel services and promotions.
Website & SEO: Update the website, optimize for SEO, and drive organic traffic.
Email Marketing: Create targeted email campaigns for promotions and loyalty programs.
Online Advertising: Manage PPC ads on Google and social media, optimizing for maximum ROI.
Analytics: Track and report on digital campaigns, providing actionable insights.
Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to reviews on platforms like TripAdvisor and Google.
Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align promotions and enhance guest engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hootsuite).
Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
Familiarity with SEO and PPC best practices.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data-driven insights.

Preferred Experience
