RESPONSIBILITIES
Day-to-day marketing activities such as market research, content creation, website and social media management.
Developing marketing strategies, customer/client retention, and excelling in sales and customer service.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Work closely with the team to ensure effective marketing campaigns and achieve sales targets.
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Support the marketing leadership team through the organization and administrative support for various projects.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Generating high Quality creative Content for company blog and social media pages.
Build Brand Awareness and sustainability; Engaging with online audiences.
Keeping track of project timelines and budgets.
Identify external online opportunities to improve market reach (events, partnerships, awards, and/or sponsorships).
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in market research and analysis.
Demonstrated ability in digital sales and marketing strategies.
Strong customer service skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, preferably e-commerce industry.
Proficiency in Marketing and Designing software(s), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
Bachelor\'s Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Must have attained B+ and above in their KCSE.
Must be willing to work six days a week. (Monday – Saturday)
Family or Personal Business Experience is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and proactively influence others.
