Digital Marketing Manager –Fulfillment And Acquisition At Excel Wise Consultants Limited

On behalf of our client, we would like to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager specializing in Fulfillment and Acquisition. Your primary responsibility will be to directly manage the campaign life cycle inclusive of planning, buying, running creative campaigns and optimization, measurements, and ongoing account management. You will also be responsible for execution of digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and ensure successful fulfillment of client campaigns. This role requires a strong background in digital media buying and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels, excellent project management skills, and the ability to deliver results through effective planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Customer Acquisition:
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand their goals and objectives.
Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
Execute digital marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Optimize digital campaigns to maximize customer acquisition, lead generation, and conversion rates.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.

Fulfillment Management:
Oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns and ensure they are executed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure successful campaign fulfillment.
Manage client relationships, providing regular updates on campaign progress and performance.

Budget Management:
Develop and manage digital marketing budgets for client campaigns.
Ensure cost-effective spending to maximize ROI and meet client objectives.

Digital Media Buying:
Actively set up, execute, manage, and optimize numerous campaigns within multiple accounts simultaneously.
Run weekly reports for client's campaigns (performance, pacing etc.) and communicate performance reports and learnings with client(s), and internal team lead.
Serve as an expert to clients around our organization and expertise, and what sets us apart from competitors.
Develop a thorough understanding of the wider media buying ecosystem and the modern media agency.

Data Analysis:
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Use analytics tools to measure the success of campaigns and report on ROI.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.

Stay Current with Industry Trends:
Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and AI technologies.
Share insights with the team and implement innovative strategies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
5 years of experience working as a Digital Marketing expert preferably in digital marketing agencies, public relation, or advertising industry.
Strong background in Media Buying
Strong project management skills.
Excellent knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media insights.
Strong communication and client management skills.
The ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads or HubSpot, are a plus.
