It Manager At Africa Digital Media Institute (Admi)

We are looking for a hands-on, strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing ADMI's technology strategy across a broad range of services. This is a unique opportunity for a tech-savvy professional with a strong entrepreneurial spirit who has experience in a startup or scale-up environment and is comfortable with being deeply involved in both planning and execution. The IT Manager will be directly involved in the day-to-day technical work, while also providing strategic leadership and aligning the department's activities with company-wide goals.
Responsibilities
Leadership, Management, and Professional Development of team members
Strategic Planning, Budgeting, and Reporting
Comprehensive IT Infrastructure Management
Digital Transformation and Project Management
IT Support for Internal and External Clients
Policy Development, Compliance, and Data Security

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CompTIA, Microsoft 365) are a plus.
Minimum of 5 years in IT management, with experience in digital transformation, network management, and systems administration. Preferred background in atech company, startup, or scale-up environment
Proficiency in managing Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, cybersecurity protocols, and project management tools.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
