It is seeking to recruit a highly motivated, talented and innovative individual to fill the following position: Director, Operational Excellence Reporting to the Group Chief Executive Officer, the Director Operational Excellence will be responsible for steering excellence through strategic oversight of IT, digital, marketing, communication, customer experience and business change and transformation functions. Key Responsibilities Develop and oversee the implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures to guide the division activities in line with Company strategy. Provide leadership in the coordination of digital and innovation activities in the organization to ensure achievement of competitive advantage in the market. Oversee the Company brand ensuring that marketing and brand development strategies are well executed to achieve desired outcomes. Lead the organisation in ensuring exemplary customer experience including customer service and continuous improvement in customer satisfaction. Drive change management and transformation initiatives in the organisation to ensure that such initiatives derive value for the organisation in line with the business strategy. Requirements Be a holder of a Bachelor's Degree in related field, gained from a recognized institution. Master's degree in related field will be added advantage. Have knowledge and relevant work experience of not less than fourteen (14) years, with at least seven (7) years served in senior leadership position.
