CHS/HR/STP/DRV/009/2024Overall Job FunctionReporting to the Logistics Officer, this role shall offer logistics for the smooth and efficient running of the organization to achieve its set goals.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure documentation of all transport trips doneEnsure cleanliness, safety and security of the organization vehicle at all timesEnsure compliance with traffic regulationsEnsure safe delivery of supplies to various facilities as and when required including loading and unload delivery goodsEnsure proper documentation of all driving records (i.e. mileage and gas receipts)Performing simple vehicle maintenance (i.e. cleaning interior and exterior, taking the vehicle for state inspections, filling tires with air, etc.)Ensure consistent communication with supervisor on vehicle performance and if there are any vehicle problemsEnsure up to date insurance of the vehicle is maintainedEnsure compliance to CHS travel and HR policy in relation to handing off the vehiclesAny other duty as may be assigned by the supervisor from time to timeProfessional requirementsKCSE certificateValid Kenyan driving license Class 'BCE' free of endorsementCertificate in defensive drivingA certificate of Good ConductAt least five years' driving experience in a busy environment
