Electrical Technician - Kiserian At Brites Management

Duties and ResponsibilitiesInstall, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, including wiring, lighting, motors, generators, and control systems.Conduct routine inspections to identify potential electrical problems and perform necessary repairs or replacements.Troubleshoot electrical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques to identify root causes and implement solutions.Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and other technicians to ensure the successful completion of electrical projects and maintenance tasks.Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and repairs performed.Assist in the development of preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize the lifespan of electrical systems.Stay updated on industry standards, best practices, and technological advancements in electrical engineering.Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualificationProven experience as an electrical technician or similar role, with a strong understanding of electrical principles and practices.Familiarity with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.Ability to use electrical testing and diagnostic equipment effectively.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Willingness to work in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, and occasionally in confined spaces or at heights.Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, or during emergency situations as needed.Certification as an electrician or electrical technician is a plus.
