Familiarity with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong problem-solving skills and a flexible, solutions-driven approach.
Technical Requirements: A personal computer or laptop with at least an i5 processor or equivalent .
Internet connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 15 Mbps .
