Executive Communications Officer At Nature Conservancy

Role Scope and Key Responsibilities:
Lead and implement integrated internal strategic communication promotions to grow staff engagement
Edit thought pieces that give a voice to the Executives as TNC contributes to shaping the conversation around nature-based solutions among government and private sector audiences
Develop best-in-class communications and marketing assets, for Executives including print materials and digital content
Drive Executives' brand influence through innovative strategies tied to external, high-profile events, their digital footprint, and internal platforms in ways that impact and affects the public image.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's degree in communication or a related field and a minimum of 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination
Experience writing, editing, and proofreading messages for targeted audiences.
Experience in developing internal communications, media, and engagement strategies, and measuring results
Experience working with current Marketing and Communications trends, and practices and conceiving and implementing strategic, and creative initiatives including crisis communications
Experience presenting to diverse audiences including some or all the following: internal and external executives, donors, members, board members, and the public or equivalent.
Experience implementing and managing multiple complex projects.
