Job Summary:
The EY Kenya Law Services practice is looking to hire a Law Associate to join a team that provides business laws advisory and support to a host of clients, the market as well as assisting with regulatory compliance and policy.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from a reputable institution with a minimum of upper second-class honours or its equivalent
Admission to the bar is an added advantage;
Minimum of 3 years of legal experience, preferably in a law firm, consulting or a professional firm;
A minimum overall grade of a B and B in both English & Mathematics at Secondary School level
Demonstrable knowledge of corporate law, commercial law, transactional, contract law, and regulatory compliance;
Demonstrable passion and understanding of economic and business environment.
