Job Description:
Stedmak Gardens is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced F&B Cost Controller to manage the food and beverage costs for our establishment. The successful candidate will ensure efficient cost management, inventory control, and profitability of our F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor daily food and beverage costs to ensure profitability.
Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
Prepare detailed financial reports on F&B costs and margins.
Manage supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to minimize wastage.
Assist in pricing and menu engineering for optimal cost control.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years experience as an F&B Cost Controller in a hospitality or food service environment.
