Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Lead, train, and motivate a large team of staff, ensuring smooth coordination and teamwork.
Oversee staff scheduling, and monitor service to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Assist in managing inventory, placing orders, and ensuring optimal stock levels.
Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Minimum Requirements & Responsibility
Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant supervisory experience in a busy hotel.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the hospitality industry.
