Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the butchery's daily operations, ensuring high hygiene and safety standards.
Handle and prepare meat products, following the specific layout and customer journey requirements.
Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards.
Engage with customers, offering product recommendations and exceptional service.
Adhere to food handling and safety protocols, including segregation and storage of meat products.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 6 months post-training expertise in a relevant field.
Education: Certification or qualification in hospitality.
Language Skills: Proficient in spoken English and Swahili.

Technical Requirements:
Knowledge of food handling basics, including segregation and storage.
Understanding of customer service principles with the ability to sell and engage customers.
Quick learner with problem-solving abilities.
