Responsibilities:
Business Development & Market Growth: Proactively pursue potential clients ,partners and new businesses across key industries such as logistics, construction, agriculture, and transportation, implement strategies to expand market presence, and foster strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Drive Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve fuel sales targets and maximize revenue by analyzing data for growth opportunities, implementing fuel sales strategies, and executing marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
Sales Strategy and Execution : Develop sales plans and implement strategic initiatives aimed at exceeding fuel sales targets and closing sales deals to maximize revenue and profitability. Develop strategic plans to penetrate new markets, expand existing ones, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients to ensure ongoing business and strengthen customer loyalty. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to obtain their feedback, assess their needs.
Market Analysis: Regularly analyze sales performance data and customer feedback to adjust strategies as needed. Stay updated on industry trends and customer needs to adjust strategies effectively
Brand Awareness and Competitive Strategy: Coordinating sales promotion campaigns, customer open days and other innovative promotional initiatives within the territory in liaison with the Customer Service department.
Team Leadership and Development Develop, build, and train sales teams as the station grows. Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order processing
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the fuel industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
In-depth understanding of the fuel and energy sector, including market trends, customer segments, and regulations.
Ability to analyze sales and market data to make informed decisions.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
