Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and loyalty.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and timeliness.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services and products, enhancing customer value.
Prepare and present regular performance reports, covering sales, revenue, expenses, and profitability metrics.

What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
Proven leadership experience, particularly in senior management roles within the renewable energy industry.
