The objective is to help you develop a broad understanding of the company and its diverse activities, and to provide opportunities for you to build your network across a number of areas.The Graduate program at LDC is a 3-phase process:Phase 1 - Build business experience and skills: Graduate Trainee for 18 monthsDuring this period, you will work within the Coffee platform, covering areas on execution, trading and marketing.In addition to this core training, some graduates will have the opportunity to be involved in projects of Louis Dreyfus Foundation - the philanthropic arm of Louis Dreyfus Group that provides sustainable solutions to smallholder farmers.
