Position Description
The Corporate Quality Officer will play a key role in ensuring effective communication within the global Quality organization and supporting various Technical Projects end to end management along with dashboards preparation, MRMs, WRMs and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess technical skills in electronics and have experience managing reports & Dashboards, coordinating meetings, and overseeing projects. This role is vital for maintaining organizational efficiency and ensuring that the team remains well-coordinated and informed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Reports: Prepare, analyze, and distribute quality-related reports and documentation. Ensure that all reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with company standards.
Coordinate Weekly Reviews and MRMs: Organize and facilitate weekly review meetings and Monthly Review Meetings (MRMs). Prepare agendas, track action items, and ensure follow-up on key points discussed.
Presentation Coordination: Develop and coordinate presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure that presentations are clear, concise, and effectively communicate the required information.
Oversee Projects: Manage and oversee various quality-related projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within scope. Collaborate with project teams to track progress and address any issues that arise.
Support Daily Non-Technical Tasks: Assist with various administrative and organizational tasks to support daily operations. This includes maintaining records, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Ensure Team Organization: Implement and maintain systems to keep the team organized and up-to-date. Ensure that all team members are informed of important developments and changes.
Automation Dashboards and Reports: improve existing and prepare new system generated (tableau, Atlas) dashboards for better and accurate reports readily available.
Coordination: coordinate Africa VI team members for following up progress and facilitate.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve quarterly targets for Quality Centers (100% completion).
Train new members of the technical team.
Conduct quarterly performance audits of Quality Centers based on approved evaluation and audit criteria.
Ensure 100% timely use and accuracy of the Service Module (Atlas) at Quality Centers.
Ensure accurate diagnosis.
Provide weekly and monthly reports on Quality activities.
Track and ensure traceability of products.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Communications and Public relations, or a related field is preferred with 3~5 Years of working experience in a similar Role.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in electronics and understanding of technical terminology and processes. Ability to analyze and interpret technical data.
Experience:Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in managing reports, coordinating meetings, and handling project oversight.
Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
Organizational Skills:Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Proficiency in Tools:Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, project management tools) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
