Hatchery Manager-Kenya

Qualification:Diploma/B.Tech
Location : Nairobi
Experience : 5-8 years in relevant field
Roles: Maintain hatchability rates between 85% and 90%, ensuring maximum pullout versus egg set. Manage temperatures and humidity during the incubation stages optimally to support embryo development. Produce candling sample reports timeously on 10% of the batch to monitor egg quality and development. Maximize chick yield by monitoring and adjusting the weight ratio of egg to chick. Manage staff performance and provide training to enhance productivity and efficiency. Oversee machinery operations to maximize efficiency and maintain less than 5% downtime. Ensure all staff adhere to safety protocols and proper use of equipment.
